Faculty of Organizational Sciences students and Case Study Club members, Ana Jaćimović, Marina Krak, Jelena Popović and Luka Delić won a first place at regional business case competition in Slovenia at 37. International Conference on Organizational Science Development, which was organized by Faculty of Organizational Sciences from Kranj and took place from 19th to 21st March 2018.
Students were solving case study for company “GS1” which deals with implementation of standards and provides services, both in the field of operations efficiency optimization in the supply chain.
Their task was to increase brand awareness among young people and to come up with new ways of educating them about applying standards and technology which GS1 has in their portfolio. Winning solution consisted of two strategies – first one being that the company establishes a partnership with startup hubs in Netherlands, while second strategy was to educate students and other interested parties through PR campaign in Slovenia. We congratulate students on great result!
