On Wednesday, 28th of March 2018, Faculty of Organizational Sciences organizes the 7th, International Info Day. The aim of this event is to inform students of bachelor, master and PhD studies, professors, associates and administrative stuff about existing exchange programs, mobility financing opportunities, continuing studies, internships or research stay abroad.
During the entire program, from 11:00AM to 3:00 PM, the participants will represent their institutions at info stands in the hall of the Faculty where those interested will be able to get informed about the programs they offer. Parallel to the stands, from 11:00 to 14:00 in the amphitheater B103 will be held individual PowerPoint presentations of the participants. After the presentation, the Workshop – How to apply for Erasmus+ exchange? will be organized from 14:00 to 15:00 in room 310 where students will be able to get acquainted with the basic principles of mobility, the procedure for preparing and collecting documentation.
Participants of the International info day are representatives of universities, faculties, relevant institutions, international and national organizations, cultural centers, foundations, student organizations and others.
Tempus Foundation, Erasmus+ office in Serbia will present opportunities for student mobility through Erasmus+ and Ceepus, Erasmus Mundus joint master programs and Europass documents that students can use when applying for mobility.
Representatives of the University of Belgrade- International Relations Department will present opportunities for exchange of students, professors and administrative staff of the University of Belgrade, especially the Faculty of Organizational Sciences within Erasmus+ credit mobility programs. It will also present the MOBION platform (http://mobion.bg.ac.rs/) where the University announces open calls and through which candidates apply for mobility programs.
The University of East Paris ( Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne – UPEC) has signed an Inter-institutional agreement with the University of Belgrade within the framework of the credit mobility program for the exchange of students, teachers and administrative staff between the Faculty of Management and Economics from Paris and FON. Representatives of UPEC will present their University and Faculty and possibilities for exchange of students and staff between the two institutions.
University of Zagreb – Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) is a longtime FON partner. Students and FOI employees will be guests of this Info Info Day, where they will also present their faculty.
The French Institute in Serbia will promote studies in France and scholarships from the French Government.
Representatives of the German Academic Exchange Service – DAAD will talk about study and training programs in Germany.
Participants of the Info Day are also representatives of student organizations ESTIEM and AIESEC which will present their activities and projects of an international character.
