Faculty of Organizational Sciences students are the winners of international case study competition provided by Unilever company in London

On April 20th 2018, Faculty of Organizational Sciences students and Case Study Club members: Kristina Rakulj, Vanja Popov and Milja Radosavljevic, under the mentorship of prof. dr Vesna Damnjanović and Anja Koprivica, have won the ‘’Future leaders league’’ international case study competition provided by Unilever company in London.

The students had to solve a case study for the Unilever сompany and their famous detergent brands: Omo, Persil and Skip as a part of the “Dirt is Good” corporative concept. The tasks given in the two case studies were: to reduce the usage of plastic and to enhance the corporate social responsibility concept of the company, as well as to suggest a new business model that will answer the demand of digitalization trends and new consumer challenges.

The competition gathered 54.000 students from all around the world. Faculty of Organizational Sciences students were praised, by Unilever top management, for their creative solution that suggested a holistic approach to the solution since it involved the 3P approach: planet, profit and people. We want to thank Lazar Đelic, Faculty of Organizational Sciences and Case Study Club alumni for informing us about this competition as an employee of the Unilever сompany in Bucharest.

We congratulate them on the amazing results!
