FOS Case Study Club students: Milica Đerić, Anja Nikolić, Viktor Stefanesku and Sava Pavlović are second place winners at reginal competition in solving a case study in Portorož. Students were solving the case study of the company Četrta pot, where the challenge of the study was related to the digitalization of customer care, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. Students proposed a partnership model to improve business through a chatbot platform based on artificial intelligence and sales strategy improvment regarding business customers.
