\u200bAssociation<\/em> (SSCPA).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project was designed for graduating students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, and involved practical mentoring of students with professionals from leading domestic and international manufacturing and service companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Through networking and cooperation of participants and mentors, the program enabled students to gain insight into the processes of organization and management of the supply chain in the companies <em>IBM, Endava, Hemofarm, Connect Serbia, Bambi, and Knjaz Milos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The mentoring program started in June 2021 and was successfully closed at the FOS with the presentation of practical solutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the final event, the participants were addressed by Cmilja Tucakovi\u0107, Procurement Manager at <em>Endava<\/em> and Mentoring Program Lead at <em>SSCPA<\/em>, and Professor dr Marko Mihi\u0107, Vice Dean for Strategic Development and Cooperation with companies at FOS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Topics successfully presented by the teams of students and mentors were:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Career guidance and use of <em>Wheel of Life<\/em> tools for professional orientation \u2013 Sara \u010cortan, master student at FOS and Jelena Kosti\u0107, Business consultant, <em>Connect Serbia<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>The evolutionary path of procurement \u2013 the concept and significance of the <em>Source to Pay<\/em> process \u2013 Sta\u0161a Stamatovi\u0107, fourth year student at FOS and Cmilja Tucakovi\u0107, Procurement Manager, <em>Endava<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business of production companies \u2013 Katarina Milosavljevi\u0107, master student at FOS, and Biljana Ardelean, Head of production planning, <em>Hemofarm<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The pilot program is planned to become a regular project of cooperation between the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and the <em>Serbian Supply Chain Professionals&#8217;
