The training was part of the <em>Venture an Idea<\/em> project implemented by FOS, Digital Initiative Serbia and partners from the startup ecosystem, supported by USAID.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first cycle of the <em>Expert2Mentors<\/em> program will enable 23 members of the teaching staff to improve their knowledge and skills in mentorship to provide support to early-stage startups. Teaching staff will work with experienced lecturers from national and foreign startup ecosystems, including Lazar Stojkoiv\u0107, Ivan Bjelajac, Mihajlo Popesku PhD, Sandra Ne\u0161i\u0107, and Dane Atanaskovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oldfon.fon.bg.ac.rs\/downloads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/E2M-Slika-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1184\" src=\"http:\/\/oldfon.fon.bg.ac.rs\/downloads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/E2M-Slika-3-1024x598.png\" alt=\"e2m-slika-3\" width=\"640\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oldfon.fon.bg.ac.rs\/eng\/downloads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/E2M-Slika-3-1024x598.png 1024w, https:\/\/oldfon.fon.bg.ac.rs\/eng\/downloads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/E2M-Slika-3-300x175.png 300w, https:\/\/oldfon.fon.bg.ac.rs\/eng\/downloads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/E2M-Slika-3.png 1676w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program is the first step in setting up an academic mentoring community and providing coordinated mentorship support to student startups through formal and informal learning. The first cycle will be followed by <em>Venture an Idea \u2013 summer mentorship program<\/em> for student teams who want to start working on their startup ideas.
